The Tangible Assets Tour
of Northern Europe:
Hosted by Swissmetal Inc.

Switzerland | Germany | Denmark
August 24 – September 2, 2015

An “Alternative” Approach:
How to Collapse-Proof Your Portfolio
With Tangible and Rare Tangible Assets

My name is Knut Andersen.

I am writing to you today from my home country of Norway, with a personal invitation to join me on this spectacular journey exploring my “backyard” – and some of Europe’s most beautiful countries – Switzerland, Germany and Denmark.

As the President and CEO of Swissmetal Inc., I am dedicated to providing individuals just like you with access to scarce, high-demand, rare and strategic precious metals worldwide … the ones critical for getting ahead – and staying ahead – in today’s economy.

Now, there’s no doubt in my mind that you’ve heard two very different stories lately about the changing market landscape.

On one side, you have the folks who swear that due to the bull market’s age, it’s about to run out of steam.

They argue that economic growth in the U.S. is weak and that it is even weaker overseas.

They claim valuations are too high – with the S&P 500 trading at almost 18.5 times earnings.

And, they say that as the fourth-longest running bull market of the 33 we have had since 1990, this one, quite frankly, is getting old.

Yet on the other side, you have those who swear the environment for investing is still ideal.

They counter that yes, the recovery has been weak, but maintain soft economic growth is a fine climate for stocks.

They assert that the slow growth keeps interest rates down and makes it cheaper for businesses to borrow and consumers to spend.

And, they insist that the sharply lower energy prices, a recovering housing market and improving consumer confidence are also good for the market.

So, which is it?

Well, the fact of the matter is: No one knows for sure what the stock market will do tomorrow.

But just as fall and winter have always followed summer, so too must a bear market logically follow a bull market.

Thus, as an investor the only real question you should be asking yourself is, “Are you prepared for the next bear market?”

Through proper planning, you can easily insulate yourself from the major effects of the next bear market in equities …

Whether it begins tomorrow or well down the road.

Along with my friends at Opportunity Travel, and several tangible assets associates, I’ve put together a special program to show investors the very best ways they can protect and grow their net worth … regardless of what the market does in the coming months and years.

It’s called The Tangible Assets Tour of Northern Europe …

And, I’d be honored if you would join us.

Actionable Strategies
You Can Use to Keep What’s Yours!

Here’s why tangible and rare tangible assets are the solution of investors like Bill Gross and Malcolm Forbes …

Rare Stamps

  • Historical 255% growth over the last 10 years.
  • 10% average annual growth for the last 40 years.

Rare Coins

  • Historical average 248% growth over the last 10 years.
  • Average gain of 11% per year for the past 40 years.

Now as I just mentioned, there is no foolproof or proven way to predict the exact beginning and end of a bear market.

But you can prepare for it by investing in tangible assets that have staying power and that aren’t impacted by government, regulatory or financial market whims.

These are things you can touch, feel or see – like precious metals, rare investment grade stamps, world and ancient coins, modern first edition books and more.

And, at our Tangible Assets Tour of Northern Europe you will have the opportunity to enjoy private guidance from international leaders in tangible assets of every kind.

We’ll provide you with insights into how to use rare tangible collectibles to diversify among currencies …

Give you instant exposure to the world of precious metals, uncorrelated investments and rarities that would otherwise take you nearly a lifetime to acquire …

And, ensure that you have a complete understanding of how to protect your portfolio against market risk in a very vulnerable time for all portfolios.

We’ve also lined up several exclusive investment opportunities for our attendees …

This includes a special offer to participate in the highly anticipated Aarhus Housing Project in Denmark.

Discover how to take control of your IRA capital and the best ways to internationally diversify your retirement investments on our Tangible Assets Tour of Northern Europe!

So, if you are intrigued by investments with a 10% PLUS average annual growth rate over the last 40 years or those with 248% growth in the last six years …

If you have stock market exposure but do not want to stop participating in these lucrative times …

If you have a core portfolio of precious metals and are ready to take the next steps for growth …

Or, if you simply want straight-forward answers to your financial questions …

I urge you to accept my invitation.

There are solutions you can implement now to protect what you own … and to help make it grow.

And, that’s exactly what you’ll discover during this intimate tour with me – along with some of the best ideas in the wealth protection business.

Strategic Metals and What
They Can Do For Your Portfolio

Let me take a moment to tell you a little more about one of these solutions, known as strategic metals.

The Emerging
Technology Basket

It’s my pleasure to introduce the newest addition to our portfolio of rare strategic metals – The Emerging Technology Basket (E-Basket).

The E-Basket capitalizes on the boom in aerospace, defense and other future technologies. And the five metals strategically selected for this basket are crucial in supporting both current and future demands.

There’s still time to get in on the ground floor of this game changing technological wave …

And at our Tangible Assets Tour of Northern Europe – you’ll discover everything you need to know to handsomely profit from this situation.

Now, even though National Geographic calls them “the secret ingredient in almost everything” – most investors have never heard of them.

In short, they are a strategically chosen group of elements used in applications ranging from cosmetics to technology, green future tech to nuclear power, and almost everything else you use in your daily life.

Recently, prices of strategic metals have risen …

However, there’s still time to take advantage of the high demand and low supply – which show potential for spectacular gains.

Up until recently, these metals were out of reach to the individual investor.

Even for individuals who could afford the enormous quantities previously traded, investing in them was cumbersome.

But at our Tangible Assets Tour of Northern Europe, I will show you how to take the hassle out of making this lucrative investment …

And, how you can take advantage of short-term supply shortages and price spikes in this market.

You see, owning these metals adds significant upside potential to your portfolio …

Plus, the timing for owning real physical metals couldn’t be better.

Even if you only buy these metals to protect yourself against inflation, thanks to the real industrial demand, you’ll be protected. The upside profit potential is simply an added bonus.

Throughout this tour, I will introduce you to several different rare strategic metals that could help you grow your savings – regardless of what the dollar does in the coming months …

Including a few I’m extra excited about that I believe will show big gains in the years ahead. I’ll also present the newest addition to the Swissmetal Inc.’s portfolio of rare strategic metals – The Emerging Technology Basket (E-Basket).

A Taste of Europe:
Discover Switzerland, Germany and Denmark

Life – just like the markets – is about making every moment count.

So much of the magic of travel includes the experiences you have.

That’s why we’ve gone beyond the “ordinary” to bring you exclusive access to treasured city charms, carefully planned events and insider knowledge during our Tangible Assets Tour of Northern Europe.

Here’s a glance at what you’ll enjoy when you join us this August 24 – September 2.

Sunday, August 23

Depart the United States for our first stop, the charming and sophisticated city of Zurich.  Most flights from the US and Canada leave in the afternoon or early evening.

Monday, August 24
Zurich, Switzerland - Central Plaza Hotel
Meals Included: Dinner

Our journey begins in beautiful Zurich, often referred to as Europe’s city with the “best quality of life.”

Here, you will stay at the four-star Central Plaza Hotel, located directly on the River Limmat, only a few short minutes’ walk from the railway station. This lovely hotel is encircled by the prestigious financial institutions of Paradeplatz Square and affords easy access to the fashionable boutiques on Bahnhofstrasse – the most famous shopping street in Switzerland.

You’ll also find yourself just moments away from the shores of Lake Zurich and the charming old town with its boutiques, restaurants, and bars. And to delve into culture, just step outside where a wide variety of cultural events await you at the Opera House, the Schauspielhaus (Zurich Playhouse), and more.

This afternoon, as a special treat, we’ve also arranged for you to participate in an exciting city tour followed by an early, light dinner at the hotel.

Tuesday, August 25
Zurich, Switzerland – Central Plaza Hotel
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Today, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast during a private group meeting with Knut Andersen of Swissmetal Inc. and Daniel Zurbrügg of Swiss Infinity.

During this intimate gathering, you’ll have the chance to learn the best way to protect your assets offshore with Rare Strategic Metals … and how these metals may protect you from inflation outside flat currency, with the potential of an explosive value increase.

Afterwards, you’re in for another wonderful experience as you’re invited to visit the main metal vault.

This action-packed day continues with lunch, an entertaining visit to an old Swiss Private Bank with Daniel, and a delectable tour of one of Switzerland’s finest chocolate factories.

Our day will conclude with a group dinner, giving you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the company of your fellow travelers.

Wednesday, August 26
Zurich to Frankfurt, Germany – Schloss Reinhartshausen Kempinski
Meals Included: Breakfast and Dinner

This morning you’ll enjoy a leisurely breakfast, before we set out to take the 10:00 a.m. train to Frankfurt, arriving at 2:00 p.m. Upon arrival, we’ll head to our hotel, Schloss Reinhartshausen Kempinski in Wiesbaden for the night.

This luxurious five-star superior hotel is situated between the famous Rheingau Vineyards and the banks of the river Rhine and is the ideal place to explore several of the area’s most fascinating places. Where the hotel stands now was once the home of the knights of Erbach, the property of the knight of Allendorf, gifted to the Langwerth von Simmern dynasty and then sold to Clemens August. It was August who tore down the old knight fort and replaced it with the castle it is today.

You’ll have the pleasure of a lavish dinner with your fellow travelers at this beautiful hotel, where kings and queens dined and danced the night away in the magnificent ballrooms.

Thursday, August 27
Frankfurt to Hamburg, Germany – The Hotel George
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Today, the morning and early afternoon are yours to continue any sight-seeing you may be interested in, before departing by motor coach for Hamburg.

We’re in the process of organizing a fun tour for you to enjoy along the way, which will include a delicious lunch (more details to come)!

In the late afternoon we will arrive at The George Hotel, a luxurious 4-star property set in a prime location in the center of Hamburg. Here, you’re just a stone’s throw away from many local tourist attractions such as Hohenfelde, Saint Georg and Deutsche Schauspielhaus. Also easily within reach are Ernst Deutsch Theater, Hamburger Kunsthalle and Thalia-Theater.

Enjoy dinner as a group, and then feel free to go explore what’s been called “the gateway to the world” at your leisure.

Friday, August 28
Hamburg, Germany – The Hotel George
Meals Included: Breakfast and Lunch

Good morning! Start today off by enjoying breakfast at your leisure with friends, new and old.

Once you’ve powered up, it’s time to enjoy several enlightening morning meetings with investment property developer, Thomas Bolther, Craig Keddie of WorldWide IRA, and Nicholas Stevens of NTL Trust Limited. Together, these gentlemen will help you discover how to take control of your IRA capital and the best ways to internationally diversify your retirement investments.

At the end of the meetings, you’ll have the chance to participate in an impressive tour through the city of Speicherstadt. During this guided tour you will see some highlights of Hamburg, including the well preserved historical trading district “Speicherstadt” with its beautiful warehouses in brick and stone architecture. The old trading traditions are alive today because coffee and spice importers are still situated and operating here.

Another highlight is the adjoining new quarter “Hafencity” (harbor city). This modern quarter – especially with the new opera house called “Elbphilharmonie” – presents a fascinating contrast to the old buildings.

Saturday, August 29
Hamburg to Aarhus, Denmark – Cromwell Hotel
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

We begin this fun-packed Saturday morning with a delicious breakfast, then journey to dynamic Aarhus, Denmark.

Aarhus, Denmark’s second-largest city, calls itself the “World’s Smallest Big City” and it’s the lively cultural hub of Jutland, the part of Denmark that juts up from Germany – a land of windswept sandy beaches, inviting lakes, and fortified old towns.

It’s also one of the oldest cities in Scandinavia. When Vikings founders settled here in the eighth century, they were attracted to its strategic location, where a river meets the sea. The navigable river meant the Vikings could easily run their ships inland if a hostile attack came from open waters.

At our host hotel in Aarhus, the Cromwell, you will enjoy access to Aarhus’s lively port, an important university, a bursting-with-life pedestrian boulevard, and an adorable old quarter filled with people living well.

Sunday, August 30
Aarhus, Denmark – Cromwell Hotel
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

This morning, enjoy an included breakfast at the hotel, at your leisure. After breakfast we will meet with Thomas Bolther and his partner of Aros Assets, and visit their two current Aarhus Housing projects under construction as well as some of their previously built projects.

Afterwards we’ll enjoy lunch as a group at a traditional restaurant in Aarhus, the Raadhus Café, established in 1924.

After lunch, you can look forward to an exciting visit of the Viking Museum and free time to walk around and tour this lovely city.

We will enjoy dinner as a group at a restaurant near our hotel and you’ll have the evening to continue discovering this charming city at your leisure.

Monday, August 31
Copenhagen, Denmark – Hotel Admiral
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, is compact, safe, eco-friendly and efficient. It is built on respect for the past, but focused on the future. In 2013, it was named the “world’s most livable city” and the Danes were again ranked the “world’s happiest people.”

Along our journey from Aarhus to Copenhagen you will enjoy a stop in Odense, a breathtaking city nestled on Denmark’s garden island, Fünen, packed with manor houses and castles, such as the stunning Egeskov Castle.

Hans Christian Andersen put Denmark on the world map through his fantastical 19th century fairy tales – and today you’ll be welcomed to the Hans Christian Andersen Museum which opened in 1908, making it one of the oldest poet museums.

Following this wonderful museum visit, we will have lunch at a local restaurant in Odense, and then continue on by coach across the Great Belt Bridge to the town of Roskilde, where we’ll be treated to a guided walk through the Roskilde Cathedral and Viking Ship Museum.

We hope you’re ready for more excitement after this stop, as our tour continues to Denmark’s capital of Copenhagen. We will have dinner as a group at a local restaurant and then proceed to the uniquely designed Hotel Admiral – a converted 18th century warehouse building located near Copenhagen’s best shopping and cultural attractions.

Tuesday, September 1
Copenhagen, Denmark – Hotel Admiral
Meals Included: Breakfast and Dinner

This morning, after breakfast we will have our final meetings – featuring details and insights on today’s very best tangible asset opportunities – with Rich Checkan of ASI.

Following these informative sessions, you’ll enjoy lunch on your own, plus a Panorama Tour of Copenhagen followed by a canal tour.

This tour is the perfect introduction to Copenhagen and passes many of the major highlights and sights of the city. Along the way you will see:

  • The Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek, home to an impressive national and international art collection, sponsored by the Carlsberg Foundation
  • Christiansborg Palace, home to the Danish Parliament and the Royal Reception Rooms
  • Thorvaldsen’s Museum, featuring a magnificent collection of sculptures
  • The National Museum, representing hundreds of years of Danish History
  • The Royal Theatre, world famous for its Royal Ballet
  • The Royal Winter Residence, Amalienborg Palace, one of the most famous (and perhaps the smallest) sites in Copenhagen
  • The Little Mermaid statue, inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s fairytale
  • And more of the city’s beautiful churches, castles, old listed houses, new buildings and other sights of interest

Our evening and Tangible Assets Tour of Northern Europe will conclude with a lovely farewell dinner.

Wednesday, September 2

Say a fond farewell to Denmark this morning. Most of our guests will fly home from Copenhagen today. However, if you wish to extend your stay in Denmark or travel onward in Europe, please contact Opportunity Travel for details and assistance.

As you can see, we’ve gone out of our way to make sure our Tangible Assets Tour of Northern Europe exceeds all of your expectations.

And there’s one more thing …

You see, I’ve been fortunate enough to attend many conferences, seminars and tours since I took over as the President and CEO of Swissmetal Inc …

And one thing I’ve seen along the way is that the most enjoyable events are the ones that provide an intimate atmosphere and allow the guests to truly get to know the speakers and one another.

That’s exactly why I’ve decided to limit this event to just the first 40 individuals who respond to this invitation.

This guarantees that you won’t just be a face in the crowd … but rather an appreciated member of this tour with the opportunity to fully emerge yourself in every experience we offer.

Now before I tell you exactly how to reserve one of these limited spots, I’d like to tell you a little more about one experience in particular I’m very excited about …

An Exclusive Invitation to the Aarhus Housing Project

Denmark’s second largest city, Aarhus, has determined that it will require approximately 25% more housing in order to meet its growth needs over the next 20 years … presenting a very attractive opportunity for investors.

You see, right now the currently planned urban development in Aarhus will not cover the need for affordable family housing.

Therefore, our friends at Equite S.A. and Asset Offshore are offering an attractive opportunity for our guests to participate in this fast-growing segment of the market.

With its expanding marina, improved public transport system and rising property prices, Aarhus is poised for a tremendous revival.

And the selected site for the Aarhus Housing Project couldn’t be better. It’s within close proximity to one of the best beaches in the region, just a 15-minute drive from the center of Aarhus, and close to all necessary commercial and retail amenities that make for comfortable living.

In addition, the construction specs and materials for this project meet even the most discriminating buyers’ expectations. The builders’ experience and connections allow them to build in the most cost-efficient manner, while delivering a quality product. And they have successfully met or exceeded industry standard for construction and materials for over 20 years.

On our Tangible Assets Tour of Northern Europe you’ll have the chance to enjoy an exclusive visit to the Aarhus Housing Project.

There, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with the partnership – a uniquely connected investment group, view specific plans, and have any and all of your questions answered. The team will also unveil their security and exit strategy – so that you leave confident that your investment is protected.

What’s Included?

To ensure you have the best experience possible, we’ve created a wonderful package for you to enjoy. Your registration fee includes:

  • All transportation within Northern Europe (flights excluded)
  • 22 Meals: Eight breakfasts, six lunches, eight dinners
  • Two nights at the Central Plaza Hotel in Zurich, Switzerland

OT & CS reserves the right to decline to accept or to restrain from further participation any person it judges to be incapable of meeting the rigors and requirements of participating in the activities, or any person whose actions or deportment impede trip operation or the rights, welfare, or enjoyment of other trip members. A refund based on cost of unused land services is the limit of OT & CS responsibility in such a case.

The issuance of acceptance of vouchers or tickets shall be considered consent of the above conditions. By joining our tour you are assuming all these risks and agreeing to indemnify OT & CS , our partner organizations, their officers, directors and employees harmless for any and all liability that may arise in connection with your participation in an Opportunity Travel Tour or Conference.

Limitations & Participant’s Responsibility:

Please realize that on this tour you will encounter many cultural and geographical differences such as ethnic foods, changes in altitude and weather. At times our tours could be physically demanding and may require climbing stairs and extensive walking. We try to stay at the best or most accommodating hotels in each area, but at times we may run into hotels with problems or limitations such as weak water pressure, limited or no hot water, lack of elevators and handicap facilities and no non-smoking rooms.

Participants have the responsibility to select a trip appropriate to their abilities and interests. We are happy to discuss our tours with you, as well as provide you with names of past participants who can discuss their experience with you. Participants are held responsible for being in sufficient good health to undertake the trip and are responsible for preparing for the trip by studying the itinerary and pre-departure information packets sent by OT & CS.

For the protection of your investment, we strongly recommend that you purchase individual TRIP, AIR, HEALTH, ACCIDENT, BAGGAGE AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE. We feel it is a must these days.
