CANCELLATION POLICY: The Opportunity Travel Panama Profit Expedition is completely non-refundable. If you cancel due to medical reasons that are covered by your purchased travel-insurance policy, we will advise the insurance company that your travel and conference fees are non-refundable.

PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT: We strongly suggest you protect your investment by purchasing trip-cancellation insurance, and we would be happy to recommend a policy to you. Please ask us about it.

	1 Traveler -- Please sign me up for your Panama Profit Expedition, which costs $3548 for a single traveler.
	I am traveling alone but would like to be matched with a roommate if possible. I understand that I will be charged the full $3548 when I register. But if a roommate is available, Opportunity Travel will refund me the $649 single-supplement fee.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT: If you are traveling alone and wish to share a room with another participant, we will try to find a roommate for you, although we cannot guarantee a match. The single supplement is due when you register. If a roommate is available, we will issue you a credit.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT DETAILS: In order to hold a reservation, we require a $300 non-refundable deposit. Full payment for the tour is due 60 days prior to departure and is also non-refundable . If you are paying by credit card you will automatically be billed. If you are using another payment method, we must receive payment by this date or you will forfeit your spot. We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, money orders, or wire transfers. If you are paying by credit card, it will show up on your bill as being paid to Opportunity Travel .
