CANCELLATION POLICY: This Agora Travel Life Adventure Tour is completely non-refundable. If you cancel due to medical reasons that are covered by your purchased travel-insurance policy, we will advise the insurance company that your travel and conference fees are non-refundable.

I am traveling alone but would like to be matched with a roommate if possible. I understand that I will be charged the full $2,497 when I register. But if a roommate is available, Agora Travel will refund me the $300 single-supplement fee.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT: If you are traveling alone and wish to share a room with another participant, we will try to find a roommate for you, although we cannot guarantee a match. For single travelers, the single supplement is due when you register. If a roommate is available, we will issue you a credit.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT DETAILS: In order to hold a reservation, we require a $300 non-refundable deposit.   Full payment for the tour is due 60 days prior to departure and is also non-refundable .   If you are paying by credit card you will automatically be billed.   If you are using another payment method, we must receive payment by this date or you will forfeit your spot.   We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, money orders, or wire transfers.   If you are paying by credit card, it will show up on your bill as being paid to Agora Travel .
