1 Traveler -- Please sign me up for this exclusive tour, Uruguay & Argentina — November , 2009, which costs $10,494 for a single traveler, including my international coach airfare to and from Miami.
1 Traveler with Land Deduction -- $700 per person will be deducted from the cost of your trip if you opt to meet the group in Uruguay and do not take advantage of the international airfare we've arranged.)
I am traveling alone but would like to be matched with a roommate if possible. I understand that I will be charged the full $10,494 when I register. But if a roommate is available, Agora Travel will refund me the $1,497 single-supplement fee.
2 Travelers -- Please sign me and my companion up for this exclusive Argentina Tour, November, 2009, which costs $17,994 for two travelers, including our international coach airfare to and from Miami.
2 Travelers with Land Deduction -- We will arrange for our own international flights to and from Argentina and will meet you in Buenos Aires. Please deduct $700 per person from the registration fee for each of us. (We will pay $16,594 for the tour.)
Traveler 2:
Cancellation Policy: The tour is completely non-refundable. If you cancel due to medical reasons that are covered by your purchased travel-insurance policy, we will advise the insurance company that your travel and conference or tour fees are non-refundable.
Protect Your Investment: We strongly suggest you protect your investment by purchasing trip-cancellation insurance, and we would be happy to recommend a policy to you. Please ask us about it.
