CANCELLATION POLICY: The Agora Travel Life Adventure Expedition to Ecuador/Peru is completely non-refundable. If you cancel due to medical reasons that are covered by your purchased travel-insurance policy, we will advise the insurance company that your travel and conference fees are non-refundable.

PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT: We strongly suggest you protect your investment by purchasing trip-cancellation insurance, and we would be happy to recommend a policy to you. Please ask us about it.

	I am traveling alone but would like to be matched with a roommate if possible. I understand that I will be charged the full $5,941 when I register. But if a roommate is available, Agora Travel will refund me the $556 single-supplement fee.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT: If you are traveling alone and wish to share a room with another participant, we will try to find a roommate for you, although we can not guarantee a match. The single supplement is due when you register. If a roommate is available, we will issue you a credit.

SPECIAL NOTE: A minimum of 10 people is required to run this tour, and we will take a maximum of 22. If the minimum number is not met and we have to cancel, we will issue you a refund.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT DETAILS: In order to hold a reservation, we require a $300 non-refundable deposit. Full payment for the tour is due 60 days prior to departure and is also non-refundable. If you are paying by credit card you will automatically be billed. If you are using another payment method, we must receive payment by this date or you will forfeit your spot. We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, money orders, or wire transfers. If you are paying by credit card, it will show up on your bill as being paid to Agora Travel .
