I am traveling alone but would like to be matched with a roommate to take advantage of the reduced-rate double-occupancy pricing on the cruise. CANCELLATION POLICY: This cruise and cruise-land safari is non-refundable. If you cancel due to medical reasons that are covered by your purchased travel-insurance policy, we will advise the insurance company that your travel and conference fees are non-refundable.

PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT: We strongly suggest you protect your investment by purchasing trip-cancellation insurance, and we would be happy to recommend a policy to you. Please ask us about it when you call.

PAYMENT DETAILS: In order to hold a reservation for the tour, full payment is due when you register. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders, and wire transfers.
